Prior Field Work Experience Required

  • Fruit picking experience (hand harvesting)
  • Vineyard or orchard work
  • Ability to work at a steady pace

Experience with Our Crops Preferred

Cherries
Apricots
Peaches
Grapes
Almonds

Experience with multiple crops is a plus.

Physical Requirements

  • Able to work outdoors in heat
  • Physically demanding work capability
  • Repetitive motion and bending
